Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 250.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One child from 12 to 14 years is charged ZAR 350.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged ZAR 475.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 14 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
